1. Platform Subscription Fees
ServiceRecord.In operates as a subscription-based Platform ecosystem. Service providers, companies, and technicians choose from monthly, quarterly, or annual plans to access business management tools, equipment tracking, automated service reminders, and invoice generation.
2. Payment Methods & Processing
All subscription payments, plan upgrades, and renewals are processed securely via verified digital payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and approved merchant aggregators). All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST taxes.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
Notice: Due to immediate digital software access, server provisioning, and data storage allocation, all subscription payments made to ServiceRecord.In are non-refundable once the subscription term has commenced. Partial-month refunds, downgrade credits, or refunds for unused periods are not provided.
4. Customer-to-Vendor Payments
ServiceRecord.In provides dynamic UPI QR codes and digital bill generation for convenience. ServiceRecord.In does not act as a custodial escrow agent for customer payments made directly to vendors. All payments for labor, service charges, and spare parts are direct transactions between the customer and the service provider.
