You agree not to upload fraudulent machine records, false billing invoices, abusive messages, or malicious software. Any misuse or violation of Indian cyber laws will result in immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of subscription balances.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. ServiceRecord.In operates as an enterprise SaaS product of MooVOn Services & Solutions.
